Returns and refunds

We take utmost care while packing your order to ensure items arrive in a good condition, but if your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please take photos of parcel received as proof of parcel being adequately packaged. We advise to choose your items carefully & place your order in advance. We use third party service courier partners to deliver our products. There may be delivery delays occasionally or in busy festive periods. Any change in mind due to delayed delivery may not be accommodated.


If you have received a faulty product, please contact us immediately for us to organize a replacement product. For replacements all faulty items need to be returned at your cost, before we can dispatch the new product.


Please note:  The online and in-store pricing may differ. This site contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products on this site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products which you have ordered, we will inform you in writing of this error and give you an option of either continuing at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we hear back from you.


On ocassions when we are unable to fulfill your full order, a full refund including shipping will be made to your account by the same method the payment was made for the order.

Incase, when we are unable to supply a particular product from your order, a refund  for the amount paid for that product will be made to your account by the same method the payment was made for the order.
